All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase; Refund after our warehouse confirm above .

 

 

Exchanges

 

If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking.

During the exchange process, you have the option for an instant exchange if you don't want to wait for the return to be received. A hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit card and the new order will be processed immediately.

As soon as your return is dropped off at warehouse, the hold will be released. You will have 21 days to ship your item(s).
